Katariada
Hi everyone! Here is our happy moment – on January 11, 2012 we received a visa (the 175th subclass, 261313 Software Engineer). Thanks to the company and, in particular to Maxim Emeline, he supported us throughout the process. As Maxim promised, it took 1 year:
- Confirmation in ACS 12/01/2011 – 22/03/2011
- Submitting of documents to DIAC – 20/04/2011
- Appointment of officers – 25/11/2011, Anna Redford, group 7.
- Visa Granted – 11/01/2012
Despite all my fears and concerns, the visa process was fluent and without delay. The agents were involved in the preparation of all documents, translations, legalization, submitting of documents to the relevant authorities and control, they answered all my questions patiently and quickly. As for me I had only to pass IELTS, describe the working experience, and send notarized copies of documents. Since I have passed the exam before applying to the DIAC, there was almost anything to do since April 2011. We have passed medicine at the request of the officer. After 1-2 days it was finalized. The police certificates were prepared for 3 weeks and sent to the agent. For me, whole the process was in the background, and I was able to focus more on the child’s birth (my son was born in July 2011). At the time of appointment of the officer I was on maternity leave and therefore there were no checks at the place of work. I’m glad it worked out that way, and my husband persuaded me to start this process, despite the fact I was pregnant. Now the kid has a chance to grow up in Australia and see a lot of interesting things. Thanks again to all who participated in this process. And “good luck” to those who are on the path …
